Delivery

Standard island-wide delivery is a flat S$3.00 per order, and FREE for orders over S$55.00. We dispatch within 1–2 working days; delivery typically takes another 2–4 working days.

Pickup (meet-up)

Prefer to skip the wait? Choose Pickup at checkout and book a date and time slot. Meet-ups happen at Hougang, Singapore— we'll message you to confirm the exact spot. Pickup is free, and it's the only option where we accept cash.

Returns & exchanges

If your squishy arrives damaged or leaking, message us within 48 hoursof receiving it with a photo/video and your order reference — we'll replace it or refund you, no drama.

Because squishies are handled products, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once the packaging is opened. Unopened items can be exchanged within 7 days at a Hougang meet-up.

Lost parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we'll chase the courier together.
