Smish Smash ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and — for delivery orders — your address. That's it. We use this solely to fulfil your order and contact you about it.

Payments

Online payments are made by PayNow directly from your own banking app — we never see or store any of your banking details. Cash payments happen in person at meet-ups.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, send spam, or share your details with anyone except the delivery courier (who needs your address to, well, deliver).

Cookies & storage

Your cart and wishlist are stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

Your rights

Under Singapore's PDPA you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@smishsmash.sg and we'll sort it out.
