Can I pick up my order instead?+
Yes! Choose Pickup at checkout and book a meet-up slot at Hougang. Pickup is free.
Can I pay in cash?+
Cash is accepted for Hougang meet-ups only — select Cash at checkout and book your slot. For delivery orders, payment is by PayNow QR.
How do online payments work?+
At checkout you'll get a PayNow QR with the amount and order reference pre-filled — scan it with any Singapore bank app and you're done. We confirm your payment and get your order moving.
Are your squishies safe for kids?+
They're made of non-toxic, odorless, skin-friendly TPR jelly. That said, they're not suitable for children under 3, and younger kids should squish under adult supervision to prevent accidental ingestion.
How do I care for my squishy?+
Keep it away from sharp objects, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a damp cloth when needed. With normal squishing it won't tear or leak — it's built to be squeezed daily.
How big are they? What's in the pack?+
Each squishy is about 6cm — perfect palm size for pockets, bags, and desks. Every order includes your squishy sealed in its own OPP bag.
When will my order arrive?+
We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 2–4 working days after that. Meet-ups happen at your booked slot.
